SHIPPING INFORMATION

In order to ensure the arrival of quality chocolates, we ship exclusively by UPS 2-Day Air. Deliveries are only made on weekdays; UPS does not deliver on weekends. For that reason, we ship chocolates only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure that your chocolates don't sit in a warm delivery truck over a weekend. During hot weather months and to more southerly destinations, we ship chocolates with ice bricks to keep them cool.

Orders received after 12:00 noon PST will ship the following day; otherwise, orders will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon PST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping cordial cherries
Cordial cherries present us with a challenge in shipping since they cannot be shipped by air without compromising quality. Therefore, all of our cordial cherries are shipped by UPS 3-Day Select, and are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders received after 12:00 noon PST on Tuesdays will ship the following Monday. Orders within a shorter distance may arrive sooner than 3 days.

Because of the heat during the months of June - September, we do not ship cordial cherries because we cannot guarantee quality. We ship them only during the months of October through May. We apologize for this inconvenience.
