Nonpariels Identifiable by their little 'tails', this mix of two textures is produced by coating droplets of dark chocolate with tiny candy spheres. Not too sweet, this unique confection functions well at cocktail parties and weddings.
Dark almond bark All nuts have an affinity for chocolate, but we think almonds just might take the cake. In this version toasted, salted almonds are encased in dark chocolate.
Chocolate velvet A rich and indulgent confection graced with the name "velvet" for a center so smooth and creamy, it reminded early candy makers of the cool sensation of velvet. A definite must for all chocolate purists.
Chocolate seafoam Seafoam is a molasses honeycomb confection, not to be confused with Divinity. It has the same flavor sensation as peanut brittle, but with thousands of tiny air pockets to give it a very light texture.
