NUT CARAMEL CLUSTERS As with most confections, freshness is the secret to success! At Burst's, we purchase fresh nut meats from local growers and oversee the roasting of those nuts ourselves. We then smother those roasted nuts in caramel and enrobe them in fine chocolate. This helps create the truly quintessential caramel nut clusters. They are crunchy, chewy, creamy and just plain good!
