Garden chocolates

Want your children to eat their fruits and vegetables? Examples of low-relief molds in this group are daisy blossom medallions, hot chili peppers, and tiny saguaro cactuses. An example of high relief is an opened rose blossom, with overall thickness of approximately 1 1/4" (3.2 cm) including petal ruffles. Noteworthy also are several flora-related molds of moderate relief but appealing elegance of design. These include nicely detailed carrots, a partially-husked corn cob, and an open lima bean pod. The molded chocolate grape clusters, pineapples, and bananas combine well with a horn of plenty.
