House Specalities

Many gourmet chocolates and confections are variations on general themes. Others are what might be called one-hit wonders, distinctive plays on flavor and texture that have become timeless works of art. We have a whole recipe box of the latter, a seasonally-changing selection which we offer as house specialties that are otherwise hard to find on the web.

Like all our other chocolates, these are handcrafted gourmet chocolates, right down to the perfect little tails on the non-pariels.
