Caramel Nut Clusters

Due to their richness, the fine flavor of nuts can be compromised easily, so we take special care with roasting and handling. We oversee roasting ourselves, right here in the store, and buy raw local nut meats when possible. Nuts are a cornerstone of many of our products, but a perennial favorite is nut clusters, combined with fresh creamy caramel and enrobed with fine Gourmet chocolate. Often called turtles or caramel clusters, they are crunchy, chewy, and creamy all at the same time, with a little extra salt to unify and balance flavors.
