A gourmet chocolate ganache is a rich, creamy confection on par with gourmet truffles and in some ways even better. In contrast with the whipped gourmet chocolate centers of gourmet truffles, a ganache is much more buttery, with a melt-on-the-tongue quality. Because the recipes contain only a few ingredients, they willingly take on unique flavors, and even subtle flavors such as Earl Grey are clear and bright. This assortment provides over a pound of gourmet chocolates from our ever-changing selection.
